BY USING COLEENANDCOMPANY.COM YOU ARE AGREEING TO THE FOLLOWING TERMS AND CONDITIONS:

All items designed and manufactured by Coleen & Company are custom made for you per order and therefore final sales.  We are happy to answer any questions or concerns prior to placing your order.

We also offer vintage and antique items that are unique and due to their age, not perfect. We take great care in selecting, photographing, and describing the items with your full satisfaction in mind. We will be happy to answer any questions about condition. Any concerns about condition must be addressed prior to your purchase as all sales are final and all items are sold as-is.

All items may be ordered by phone or online. You agree to pay in full the prices for any purchases you make either by credit/debit card concurrent with your online or phone order or by any other payment means acceptable to Coleen & Company.

 

USE OF THE SITE:

Purchasing through the site requires you to create an account including setting up a user name and password. You may not attempt to gain unauthorized access to any portion of the site, supply false information, or use another persons user name or password.

 

SHIPPING AND HANDLING:

All items that state "shipping included" will be professionally packed and shipped via a carrier of our choice. We may elect to use UPS, FEDEX, or USPS. All shipments are fully insured and require a signature. All purchases stating "shipping included" will be packed and shipped within 3 to 5 days.  Oversized and/or fragile items that state "contact for quote", please use the contact form with your address and we will obtain a quote on your behalf. You may also arrange shipping for these items on your own. Payment for the shipping of these items will be made directly from you to the shipper. Once the item is picked up from our showroom, Coleen & Company is released from all liability regarding said item.

If an item is damaged during shipping of an item that we have obtained a quote, the claim will be between you and the approved shipper.

If an item is damaged during shipping that was a "shipping included" item, please notify us immediately and we will file a claim. All original packing materials and the item must be kept to verify claim.

We are not responsible for items damaged during shipping. Disposal of packing materials or the item will result in a voided claim.  Any claims regarding large or fragile items damaged while shipped via white glove carrier will be settled between the buyer and the carrier but we will assist in any way we can.

All text, graphics, photographs, trademarks, logos, artwork, and content of this site including the design, look, and feel, is owned and controlled by Coleen & Company. Custom designed products are protected by patent and trademark laws.

 

ERRORS AND INACCURACIES:

Coleen & Company reserves the right to correct any errors and/or inaccuracies, and/or omissions and to change and update information at any time without prior notice. This includes pricing errors.  By using this site you are agreeing that it is your responsibility to read the terms and conditions and check for any changes.We strive to update the site in a timely manner and are not responsible for items sold that are not reflected as such on the site.
