About our Products:

All Coleen & Company items are handmade and hand finished in Los Angeles, CA by highly skilled artisans.  Our mission is to offer interesting and timeless designs that enhance and contribute to the personality of your home.

Lead times:

Our lead time on all orders of furniture and lighting is 4 to 8 weeks.

Lead time on Stone Tufted Ottomans is two weeks.

All Coleen & Company items are custom made to order to your specifications.  We do keep unfinished stock to speed up the process.

Shipping and Delivery:

Lighting:  All Coleen & Company lighting is professionally packed and shipped fully insured using Fedex ground.  Shipping and packing fees will be charge once your package has shipped from our warehouse in Southern California.  As a general rule, you can expect to pay between 10 and 13% of your total lighting order for shipping.

Furniture:  All furniture is shipped white glove with the customer paying the shipper directly.  We will obtain a quote on your behalf and supply your with an order number to keep track of your shipment.  We can use Plycon or the freight company of your choice.

Returns/Replacement Policy:

All Coleen & Company items are custom made to your specifications and therefore final sales.  If an item shipped via Fedex has been damaged, you are required to keep all packing material in order file a claim. 

Please examine all white glove shipments immediately.  While Coleen & Company will help in any way we can, any damage claims must be made between the customer and the shipper.

Payment:

Coleen & Company accepts checks, VISA, MC and American Express.  While we do accept emailed PO's to hold an in stock piece for 5 business days, your order will not go into production until payment has been received.

Privacy:

Coleen & Company will not share or sell your company or private information.

Use of This Site:

Purchasing through the site requires you to create an account including setting up a user name and password. You may not attempt to gain unauthorized access to any portion of the site, supply false information, or use another persons user name or password.

All text, graphics, photographs, trademarks, logos, artwork, and content of this site including the design, look, and feel, is owned and controlled by Coleen & Company. Custom designed products are protected by patent and trademark laws.

Coleen & Company reserves the right to correct any errors and/or inaccuracies, and/or omissions and to change and update information at any time without prior notice. This includes pricing errors.  By using this site you are agreeing that it is your responsibility to read the terms and conditions and check for any changes.We strive to update the site in a timely manner and are not responsible for items sold that are not reflected as such on the site.
